Terms and Conditions

If requested a 'first available date' for the survey will be given - such dates go very quickly and are allocated on a first to 'book firm' basis. Dates cannot be "pencilled in".

Our terms of payment are by Switch/Maestro, Visa or MasterCard. You supply the appropriate details when booking the survey and we take payment electronically the day the report comes out to you.

Reports normally come out to you the next working day following the survey and a copy can be emailed if required as soon as the report is signed. A verbal precis of our findings can be provided on the day of survey if required.
